Windmill Vintage Board Game

Windmill Vintage Board Game

Rules of the game : You all know those little paper pinwheels that the wind spins, but maybe you don't know how to make them. It's very simple: cut out the square with the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 at the corners. This done, split, starting from each corner, to the small black square. Take a pin, long if possible. Lift each triangle cut by the point opposite to that which bears a number as you see it figure 1. Prick your pin on the back of each of these sides, at the end, bringing the four points together as in figure 2, push your pin on the bottom and prick it on a cork (figure 3), a piece of wood , a ruler, etc. Blow and you will see your whirlpool spin. Here it will be used to play. Each of the spikes remaining in the air has a number. You blow and when this reel stops, the top tip gives you the number of points you will score on the game, with a button or any mark. Everyone will blow in turn, strong enough not to cheat. It's about winning by going to land on the 52. If you brought 4, then you score on the 4, then the others take turns. You start over and move forward as many squares as you have brought in points. If you land on 10, 17 or 24, you stay there until another comes to replace you, in which case you continue to play on 11, 12, 13, etc. If you bring 50, you go back to 28; if you bring 51, you start again from number 1. Finally, if you land on 53 which is out of play, you lose definitively. The game is simple and very fun.
